Brief description

When mediating, Louis Buchman can evaluate the strength of the parties's position if they so wish, but he will adapt his style to the dynamics of any proceedings. He believes in the virtue of actively listening, reformulating to check proper understanding and letting the parties speak and vent out their anger and frustrations. Emotions must be expressed or they will stand in the way of a solution.
