Admitted to practice as a court litigator since 1999, he specializes in intellectual property litigation with a particular focus on technology-related patents. He regularly handles national and European patent disputes (including SPCs and SEPs) before the Italian courts at all levels, including interim proceedings, first instance, appeals, the Supreme Court, and the Court of Justice of the European Union, often in the context of complex multi-jurisdictional disputes. He is currently a senior member of a Milan-based patent litigation team, including work relating to UPC proceedings, and previously practiced patent litigation at leading Italian intellectual property law firms.
