Anna Bladh Redzic

Partner at Sandart Law Firm, with more than eight years of experience as counsel in national and international patent litigation before the Swedish Patent and Market Court (PMC) and the Patent and Market Court of Appeal (PMCA), acting as co-lead and co-counsel in infringement and invalidity proceedings, and advising on non-contentious patent and licensing matters. Registered representative before the Unified Patent Court, with experience as UPC counsel, including acting as lead counsel in the first infringement case before the Nordic-Baltic Division and representing clients before the UPC Court of Appeal. Previously served for eight years within the Swedish judiciary as a qualified associate judge (hovrättsassessor) and law clerk, adjudicating patent disputes in first and second instance, conducting settlement hearings, and assisting in drafting judgments, with additional LL.M. training in alternative dispute resolution from Columbia Law School.
