Practical experience of conducting mediation or conciliation or judicial settlement conferences or out-of-court dispute settlements in disputes related to the scope of competence of the PMAC

Since 2017, in addition to her mediation practice at the Milan Chamber of Arbitration, serving as a conciliator at ARERA, a public authority.

The Italian Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and Environment (ARERA) is the Italian public institution carrying out regulatory and supervisory activities in the sectors of electricity, natural gas, water services, waste cycle and district heating.

Since 2017, dealing with the management, each year, of hundreds of conciliation procedures that concern the various matters regulated by the sector authority, in particular, the production, distribution and consumption of electricity, gas, water between the parties, which are, on the one side, the consumers/prosumers and, on the other, the operators, managers and distributors of the services at issue.

The Milan Chamber of Arbitration (CAM) is one of Europe’s leading arbitration institutions, offering efficient and innovative dispute resolution services. Established by the Milan Chamber of Commerce, CAM provides a full range of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) solutions, including arbitration, mediation, and dispute boards, ensuring effective resolution of commercial disputes at both national and international levels. 

Since 2017, she has been entrusted with hundreds of cases involving voluntary and mandatory mediation matters under Italian law. Furthermore, given her experience as an Industrial Property Consultant, she has handled numerous mediation cases, including cross-border ones, in various languages, involving trademarks, designs, software, and patents. She has helped parties reaching amicable settlements also with regard to franchising, distribution and other agreements including intellectual property right, such as licenses on patents.
