Cristiano Bacchini

Cristiano is one of the Founding Partner of the BMLEX law firm. He is an Italian lawyer admitted before the Italian Supreme Court and all higher Italian Jurisdictions as well as before the European Court of Justice with more than 30 years of experience in IP litigation and out of Court negotiations. He is EUIPO Representative, Unified Patent Court Representative, as well as registered in the Register of Qualified Industrial Property Consultants of the Republic of San Marino. Cristiano is the Chairman of the IP and Antitrust Committee of the Milan Bar Association; Member of the National Congress of the Italian Lawyers; Vice-President of the European Law Society (ELS); Member of the Expert Committee of the Mediation and Arbitration Center of the Unified Patent Court; Member of the Technical Table set up by the Lombardy Region and the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the candidacy of Milan as the seat of a section of the Central Division of the Unified Patent Court; Chairperson of the Nominating Committee of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI International); Member of the Design Committee of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI International); Member of IP Practice in Europe and IP Transactions Committees of American Intellectual Property Association (AIPLA); former Vice- President of the Chamber of Italian IP Lawyers; former vice president of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI-Italian Group); Cristiano is speaker and lecturer at various seminars and conferences related to IP, Commercial Law and Civil Procedure organized by Business Associations, Firms, Bar Associations, Chambers of Commerce and University in Italy and abroad.
