Brief description

The first step in every mediation is to clarify the mediator's scope of work. I understand myself as enabling the parties to develop their own solution, as generally - once the underlying interests become clearer - parties know best what a good solution looks like. However, if the parties so wish, I am ready to provide a proposal for settlement, to facilitate a solution, including my expertise from representing clients in various roles, inter alia SEP disputes.
