She adopts a facilitative, party-centred mediation style focused on helping parties identify their underlying commercial, legal and relational interests and develop practical, durable solutions. She provides a structured, confidential and respectful process in which each participant has a meaningful opportunity to be heard. Through joint discussions and, where appropriate, private caucuses, she assists parties in clarifying issues, testing assumptions, evaluating options and understanding the consequences of continuing the dispute. She doesn't impose outcomes or express views on the merits unless expressly requested by the parties. She focuses mainly on encouraging constructive dialogue, preserving party autonomy and supporting informed, sound decision-making.
