French-qualified lawyer and CEDR-accredited mediator with over 15 years of experience in international law, ESG, and dispute resolution. Experienced in complex commercial and contractual mediations, often transnational and high-value, including disputes involving distribution agreements, IT contracts, infrastructure projects, shareholder relations, and industrial site matters requiring coordination of technical and environmental experts.

Regularly conducts international mediations in English, including multi-party and intercultural cases involving stakeholders across the United States, Australia, Latin America, and Africa. Combines legal expertise with a strong focus on effective dialogue, particularly in matters where reputational considerations and long-term business relationships are key.

Also active as a trainer in negotiation, mediation, compliance, and conflict prevention, and creator of the HumanKind – Bridging Dialogues podcast, exploring the role of dialogue in shaping sustainable futures. Holds an LL.M. in International Legal Practice (Bond University, Australia) and has prior experience at Clayton Utz (Melbourne), with familiarity with common law practices. Has also advised on high-level contractual and partnership negotiations, including in the sports sector.
