Professional technical experience related to the scope of competence of the PMAC

Fidana is a SIMI- and SMC-accredited mediator with a professional focus on cross-border commercial, workplace, and complex disputes, practicing since 2013. Founder of the Centre for Mediation and Negotiation and external workplace mediator at the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Listed on the mediation panels of multiple international institutions, including ICC and WIPO. Trained and coached acting mediators of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). In 2018-2020 served as Deputy Chairperson for the International Court of Arbitration in affiliation with CCI of KR, developing and implementing mediation framework from the ground up. International trainer and mediation coach with CONSENSUS GROUP/International Mediation Campus/(Germany), and regular mediator and assessor at leading competitions, including the ICC Commercial Mediation Competition in Paris and CDRC Mediation and Negotiation Competition in Vienna. Senior Weinstein JAMS International Fellow (2018).
