Second ip fray interview with PMAC Director

Aleš Zalar, PMAC Director gave his second interview to ip fray, outlining the Centre’s progress since its launch and its growing role as the UPC’s “multi-door” dispute resolution partner. He highlighted the PMAC’s first cases, its broad international reach, and the flexible use of ADR procedures alongside or instead of litigation.

The interview also focused on the PMAC’s evolving FRAND work, closer coordination with the UPC and national courts, and new measures designed to make dispute resolution faster and more cost-effective.
