PMAC Publishes List of Neutrals from First Call

The Patent Mediation and Arbitration Centre (PMAC) is pleased to announce the publication of its first list of neutrals, comprising mediators, arbitrators, and experts selected following the initial call for applications.

This list reflects a diverse group of highly qualified professionals with expertise across a broad range of technical, legal, and economic fields relevant to patent and related disputes. A report on the overall assessment of the first call, including an overview of geographical coverage and areas of expertise, is also available for consultation on the PMAC website.

The published list includes those neutrals who have provided their consent to be featured on the PMAC website. Additional selected professionals from the first call are included in the Centre’s internal list of neutrals and may be appointed in accordance with applicable procedures.

Applications received during the second call are under review.
