PMAC Director and PMAC Expert Committee Members at PAW

On 24 March 2026, the PMAC Director and members of the Expert Committee participated in the renowned international event Paris Arbitration Week, one of the leading global gatherings in the field of arbitration.

Aleš Zalar, PMAC Director, and Malik Chapuis, Judge and PMAC Expert Committee member, actively featured in the panel discussion “The Good Use of Mediation and Arbitration in Intellectual Property.” Simon Dack, PMAC Expert Committee member, participated in the panel “Innovation on Trial: Intellectual Property and International Arbitration”; moreover also some PMAC neutrals were actively engaged in PAW event. Through these contributions, PMAC is positioned among prominent actors in the international arbitration community, further enhancing its visibility and professional reputation.
