PMAC Arbitration Day

The Patent Mediation and Arbitration Centre of the Unified Patent Court (PMAC), in cooperation with the European Patent Office, the Portuguese Institute of Industrial Property, and the Slovenian Intellectual Property Office, is pleased to announce PMAC Arbitration Day, which will take place on 25 November 2026 at the Polícia Judiciária in Lisbon, Portugal. The event will also be accessible through online participation.

The event will celebrate the commencement of PMAC arbitration activities and is intended to bring together arbitrators, practicing lawyers, corporate counsel, academics, and other professionals with an interest in international arbitration, as well as senior representatives of the EUIPO, national intellectual property offices, and other members of the international IP community.
