IP Disputes in the 2026 SIDRA Report

We are pleased to share the 2026 Final Report of the Singapore International Dispute Resolution Academy (SIDRA), featuring a foreword by Aleš Zalar, PMAC Director.

Co-authored by PMAC Neutral Dr Nadja Alexander, the report offers timely insights into the evolving landscape of IP alternative dispute resolution and practical guidance for aligning dispute resolution strategies with broader business goals.

The findings, among other, highlight what matters most when choosing a dispute resolution path—client needs, management advice, cost, speed, enforceability and likelihood of success—as well as the importance of specialised IP knowledge, dispute resolution experience and the growing role of generative AI in legal practice.
