ADR information sessions and Mediation services at the PMAC now available

The Patent Mediation and Arbitration Centre (PMAC) of the Unified Patent Court (UPC) is pleased to announce that, as of today, ADR information sessions and Mediation proceedings are now available.

Requests for proceedings can now be submitted through the Centre’s new Case Management System (CCMS).

In the absence of a prior agreement between the parties on service, and where the request is not submitted jointly, please note that the request may be filed via the CCMS following prior service in accordance with the methods provided for in Regulation (EU) 2020/1784.

A dedicated CCMS page has been created on the PMAC website to provide practical guidance on how to use the system and is available here. On this page, you will find material to guide you step by step through the different proceedings available.
